We offer an exciting career opportunity for an individual with the following details:

of Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and coordinate all civil works, ensuring timely and efficient completion of tasks.
  • Oversee rectification of defects in public areas, maintaining high standards of safety, functionality, and appearance.
  • Ensure full compliance with Forbes Travel Guide audit requirements related to civil maintenance.
  • Manage and resolve KYC (Know Your Customer) defect reports raised by other departments.
  • Develop, implement, and monitor a preventive maintenance schedule for all public areas.
  • Plan and manage the Engineering Civil work schedule, prioritizing tasks for optimal efficiency.
  • Coordinate with procurement to ensure timely sourcing of required materials and tools.
  • Monitor work progress and quality, ensuring adherence to internal standards and external regulations.
  • Liaise with contractors, vendors, and in-house teams to ensure work is executed as per the approved scope and timeline.
  • Maintain proper documentation and reporting for all civil maintenance activities.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 3 years experience in the same position in a large luxury resort.
  • Proven track of managing projects
  • Strong understanding civil work, structure, and furniture finishing
  • Understanding and familiar with projects
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skill
  • Proficient in AutoCAD and able to read technical drawings
  • Team player with strong collaboration skills and excellent customer service skill
  • Ability to work with safety awareness
  • Proficient in English
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or other relevant fields.
