We are seeking for a CSA Supervisor for one of our project based in Gate, Rotterdam. The Civil Supervisor is responsible for the safe, efficient, and quality execution of all civil construction activities within the LNG project site. The role involves supervising subcontractors and field crews, coordinating daily construction operations, monitoring productivity, ensuring compliance with engineering specifications, quality requirements, and HSE standards, and supporting the achievement of project schedule milestones. The Civil Supervisor acts as the primary field representative for civil works, proactively resolving technical and construction issues, managing interfaces with other disciplines, and ensuring that all activities are executed in accordance with project objectives, applicable regulations, and industry best practices.

Requirements:
• Bachelor's Degree or Higher Technical Diploma in Civil Engineering, Construction Engineering, or related discipline.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in industrial construction projects.
• Minimum 5 years of experience as Civil Supervisor on large EPC projects.
• Previous experience in LNG, Oil & Gas, Petrochemical, Refining, Energy, or Heavy Industrial projects is mandatory.
• Demonstrated experience supervising:
Mass earthworks
Deep excavations
Foundations and concrete structures. Underground utilities.
Heavy equipment foundations.
Industrial buildings and infrastructure.
Good understanding of international construction codes and standards.
Experience working in multicultural and multinational project environments.
Strong organizational, leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
