An opportunity has now presented for a Civil Supervisor to join our Western Region Infrastructure Services team based in Hazelmere. Reporting to the Construction Project Manager, you will be a key member of the team, building strong relationships and networks with key stakeholders, whilst working collaboratively across a diverse and complex environment. You will be resilient and adaptable and someone who is comfortable making decisions and taking initiative. A dedicated leader, and one who priorities safety for all, you will commit to high productivity and ensure that project planning, resources, budgets, and timelines are on successfully met.
As a seasoned Supervisor with solid experience in Civil Construction, you will have proven commitment to safety and strong leadership qualities. You will encourage and celebrate positive outcomes, while fostering a culture of autonomy, accountability, and continuous improvement. With an excellent ability to understand and interpret project and client specific requirements, and strong financial and commercial acumen you will demonstrate an ability to understand costings, budgets, forecasting, subcontractor management, and project controls. Previous experience as a Civil infrastructure supervisor including Earthworks / Drainage / Pavement Construction and coordination of works crews on multiply fronts is advantageous. Finally, you will have well-developed communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
This position will require working away from home, as per project needs.
