Job Description

Minimum of 5 years of experience in supervising civil projects, preferably in construction or

infrastructuredevelopment.

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.

We are seeking a competent and experienced Civil Supervisor to oversee and manage

subcontractors involved in various civil projects, ensuring adherence to safety standards and

project specifications. Theideal candidate will have a background in telecommunications

network infrastructure or related fields, coupled with a minimum of three years of relevant

experience.

Roles & Responsibilities:

Supervise and manage subcontractors engaged in civil projects, ensuring work is carried out efficiently

and according to project plans.

Monitor and enforce compliance with all safety standards and regulations,

Provide leadership and guidance to subcontractors to ensure quality workmanship and adherence to

project timelines.

Coordinate with project managers and other stakeholders to communicate project progress, issues, and

resolutions effectively.

Conduct regular site inspections and safety audits to identify and address potential hazards or non-

compliance issues.

Implement corrective actions as necessary to maintain a safe and productive work environment.

Document and report any incidents, accidents, or near misses in accordance with company policies and

procedures.

Participate in training and development programs to stay updated on industry standards, regulations, and

best practices.
