Job Description

Responsibilities:

• Supervise daily civil construction activities, ensuring adherence to project plans and specifications.
• Monitor progress and quality of work to meet project deadlines and maintain high standards.
• Coordinate with engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth workflow and resolve any on-site issues.
• Conduct site inspections and enforce compliance with safety regulations and procedures.
• Manage and allocate resources, including labor, materials, and equipment, efficiently.
• Maintain accurate records of site activities, progress reports, and material usage.
• Ensure adherence to UAE construction standards and company policies.
• Lead and guide on-site teams to achieve project goals effectively.

Requirements:

• Experience: Minimum 10 years in civil construction supervision, preferably within the UAE.
• Driving License: Valid UAE Driving License is mandatory.
• Strong knowledge of civil construction methods, materials, and safety standards.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and project specifications.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills.
• Effective communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficiency in MS Office and construction management tools is a plus.
• Diploma or Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering or a related field is preferred.
