We are seeking an experienced Civil Site Supervisor to oversee civil construction activities and ensure projects are executed safely, efficiently, and in accordance with project specifications.

We are seeking a proactive and experienced Civil Site Supervisor to supervise and coordinate all civil construction activities at project sites. The successful candidate will ensure work is carried out in compliance with approved drawings, project specifications, quality standards, and HSE requirements while coordinating with engineers, subcontractors, QA/QC, and client representatives to achieve project objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily civil construction activities in accordance with approved drawings, specifications, and project schedules.

• Plan, allocate, and monitor manpower, equipment, and materials to achieve project milestones.

• Coordinate with Project Engineers, Construction Managers, QA/QC, HSE, and subcontractors to ensure smooth project execution.

• Monitor site progress and ensure work is completed safely, on time, and within quality standards.

• Interpret engineering drawings, specifications, and method statements, ensuring proper implementation on site.

• Conduct site inspections to verify workmanship, compliance with project requirements, and adherence to approved procedures.

• Coordinate inspections with QA/QC personnel and client representatives and ensure timely closure of inspection comments.

• Ensure materials delivered to site comply with approved specifications and project requirements.

• Monitor subcontractor performance and ensure compliance with contractual obligations.

• Enforce company QHSE policies and ensure all work is performed in accordance with safety regulations and permit-to-work requirements.

• Maintain daily site records, manpower reports, progress reports, and material utilization records.

• Identify site issues, propose practical solutions, and escalate technical or operational concerns to Project Management.

• Participate in project planning meetings, toolbox talks, and coordination meetings.

• Ensure proper housekeeping and maintain a safe and organized work environment.

• Support project completion activities, punch list clearance, testing, handover, and project close-out documentation.

• Perform additional duties assigned by the Construction Manager or Project Manager.

Qualifications & Experience

Education: Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or a related discipline.

Experience: Minimum 5–8 years of relevant experience as a Civil Site Supervisor in Oil & Gas, EPC, industrial, marine, or heavy construction projects.

Technical Qualification: Supervisory training or relevant construction certifications are preferred.

Skills: Strong site supervision, planning, team leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Software: Proficient in MS Office. Experience with AutoCAD and project reporting systems is an advantage.

Knowledge: Good understanding of civil construction methods, concrete works, structural foundations, industrial infrastructure, construction drawings, quality requirements, and HSE regulations.
