The Civil & Site Installation Coordinator plays a key role in supporting the successful delivery of Vietnam's High-Speed Rail projects by coordinating civil construction interfaces and Railway Subsystem installation activities across assigned line sections, stations, depots, viaducts, bridges, and traction power facilities.

You will:

  • Coordinate civil construction and Railway Subsystem installation activities across assigned project sections to support safe, efficient, and timely project delivery.
  • Monitor construction progress and technical interfaces for viaducts, bridges, stations, depots, traction power facilities, and associated railway infrastructure.
  • Collaborate closely with customers, contractors, partners, engineers, and internal project teams to ensure readiness for Railway Subsystem installation works.
  • Lead and participate in site coordination meetings, providing accurate progress reporting, identifying risks, delays, and supporting recovery planning when required.
  • Coordinate installation documentation, procedures, drawings, permits, and technical records to ensure compliance with project and quality requirements.
  • Resolve site-related technical issues, drawing discrepancies, and installation constraints in collaboration with engineering and project delivery teams.
  • Support the execution of Track, Traction Power, Overhead Contact System (OCS), Signalling, Communications, and Depot Works installations in line with approved schedules and standards.
  • Maintain effective relationships with stakeholders to ensure activities are executed safely, efficiently, and in accordance with customer expectations.

Your qualifications and skills to create a better tomorrow

  • Diploma, Bachelor's degree, or equivalent qualification in Engineering, Construction, or a related technical discipline.
  • 5-10 years of experience in civil construction, site coordination, or E&M installation within complex rail, transport, infrastructure, or mobility projects.
  • Understanding of railway construction activities, including track works, station construction, depot works, or related rail systems is highly desirable.
  • Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, installation procedures, method statements, and site documentation.
  • Strong stakeholder management, coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage multiple competing priorities.
  • Experience working within a safety-focused construction or project environment and familiarity with permit-to-work and quality compliance processes.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications including Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and reporting tools.
  • Fluent written and spoken English.
  • Willingness to work across project sites throughout Vietnam as required.
