About the Role
As a Civil Site Engineer at Talent 360, you will be responsible for supervising civil construction works, ensuring execution aligns with approved drawings, project specifications, quality standards, and project schedules. You will play a key role in monitoring site progress, resolving technical issues, and supporting successful project delivery from construction through handover.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise daily civil construction activities to ensure work is executed according to approved drawings, specifications, and project requirements.
- Monitor project progress and ensure construction activities are completed according to the approved schedule.
- Coordinate with contractors, consultants, subcontractors, and multidisciplinary teams to ensure efficient site execution.
- Review shop drawings, material submittals, method statements, and technical documentation before implementation.
- Conduct regular site inspections to ensure compliance with quality standards, building codes, and safety regulations.
- Identify technical issues on-site and provide practical engineering solutions to maintain project progress.
- Monitor quality control procedures and verify that all construction works meet project specifications.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly site progress reports, inspection reports, and snag lists.
- Verify completed works prior to handover and ensure all outstanding issues are resolved.
- Maintain accurate site records and technical documentation throughout the project lifecycle.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering.
- 5+ years of experience in civil site supervision within an engineering consultancy environment.
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, structural works, finishing activities, and site execution practices.
- Experience reviewing shop drawings, technical specifications, and construction documentation.
- Strong understanding of local building codes, quality standards, and health and safety regulations.
- Excellent coordination skills with contractors, consultants, and multidisciplinary engineering teams.
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple site activities while meeting project deadlines.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and Microsoft Office; knowledge of project management software is an advantage.
