Department: Civil
Reports To: Senior Project Manager
Compensation: $100,000 – $130,000 base salary, plus end-of-year bonus eligibility (performance-based)

This is a boots-on-the-ground, numbers-owning, people-leading Project Manager role for someone who knows how to run work, not just track it.

  • Thinks like an operator, not an administrator
  • Takes pride in clean jobs, tight schedules, and strong margins
  • Leads with respect, clarity, and backbone
  • Wants to build projects that actually matter to Hawaiʻi
