The Opportunity:

As a Foreman at Solutions+, you’ll lead the delivery of major civil and landscape projects across the Lower Central Coast or Sydney. With civil construction at the core, you’ll oversee projects including intersections, roads, playgrounds, parks, lighting and more, working alongside Tier 1 clients and contractors. You’ll lead crews, coordinate subcontractors and drive safe, high-quality project delivery from site to completion.

Role and Responsibilities:

• Lead day-to-day site delivery across major civil and landscape construction projects.
• Supervise crews, subcontractors and site activities to keep projects moving efficiently.
• Coordinate labour, materials, plant and equipment to meet project requirements.
• Manage civil works including intersections, roads, playgrounds, parks and lighting.
• Read and interpret plans, drawings and specifications to ensure works are delivered to scope.
• Coordinate subcontractors and suppliers, ensuring quality, productivity and timelines are maintained.
• Monitor project progress, identify issues early and implement practical solutions on site.
• Maintain high standards of safety, quality and environmental compliance across all works.
• Work closely with Project Managers, clients, engineers and other stakeholders throughout delivery.
• Lead projects through to completion, ensuring they are delivered safely, on time and to a high standard.

What will you need?

• Civil or landscape construction experience
• Foreman or Site Manager experience
• Tier 1 project experience (highly desirable)
• Relevant qualifications or equivalent experience
• Current driver’s licence (auto or manual)
• National Police Check (or willing to obtain)
• Working with Children Check (or willing to obtain)
