All positions are Full-Time, Permanent opportunities, with 40 hours guaranteed each week. Our crew roles are aligned to the South Island AWUNZ union agreement where overtime, allowances and other penal rates are on offer.

Vacancies:

  • General Construction Labourers – Hands-on labouring support for all maintenance activities. Class 1 license preferred. Physical work experience in a civil construction environment is beneficial.

  • Operator/Drivers – Operate heavy machinery to perform road maintenance activities, help with hands on duties when required. Class 4/5 license required for drivers & WTR required for operators

  • Drain Layer – Working across water, wastewater and storm-water projects. Full Class 1-2 License and 3 waters knowledge is essential

  • Civil Carpenter–Working across a variety of projects including, retaining walls, boardwalks, form-work, boxing and general timber structural works. Full Class 1 License required

  • Civil Construction Foreperson Supervise and coordinate daily activities on-site, including managing personnel and equipment. Class 2 License with WTR preferred
