ABOUT THE ROLE
You'll handle civil litigation matters from inception through trial -- discovery, motion practice, depositions, and trial appearances -- while working directly with clients, insurance carriers, and claims handlers across four New York offices.

REQUIREMENTS
Experience 1--8 years of post-bar civil litigation or transferable courtroom experience (e.g., criminal defense or prosecution)
- Admitted and active member of the New York State Bar
- Strong legal writing skills (writing sample required for submission)
- Genuine, demonstrated interest in pursuing trial work
- Sustainable commute to one of four offices: Syracuse, Fishkill, Uniondale, or Buffalo
