WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING IN YOUR LANDSCAPE CONSTRUCTION SITE MANAGER ROLE

As a Foreman at Solutions+, you’ll take full ownership of site delivery across a range of landscape and civil construction projects. You’ll lead from the front, coordinating people, resources, and timelines to bring high-quality outdoor environments to life. Your leadership will ensure every project is delivered safely, on time, to spec, and to the highest standards of quality and care.

YOUR GENERAL DUTIES WILL INCLUDE:

• Leading site teams and subcontractors to deliver projects safely and effectively
• Managing day-to-day site operations including scheduling, resources, and materials
• Reading and interpreting construction plans and setting out works
• Overseeing site safety, compliance, and environmental controls
• Conducting toolbox talks, pre-starts, and risk assessments
• Maintaining detailed site records including progress tracking and reporting
• Liaising with Project Managers, clients, and consultants to maintain clear communication and accountability
• Driving a positive site culture that reflects Solutions+ values

WHAT YOU’LL BRING:

• Proven local experience as a Site Manager or Foreman in Landscape construction, or civil earthworks
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and coordinate teams
• Excellent understanding of structural landscaping, site works, and construction methodologies
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and documentation
• Full working rights
• A proactive, solutions-focused approach to problem-solving on site
• Strong communication, organisation, and time management abilities
