We are looking for a skilled
Civil Inspector
to join our team for major infrastructure projects focused on
roads, highways, utilities, drainage, and traffic management systems
. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring all construction activities meet approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• 
  Inspect and monitor construction activities related to
  roads, highways, utilities, and drainage systems
  to ensure compliance with project requirements.

• 
  Prepare and maintain daily inspection reports and all necessary documentation as per contractual obligations.

• 
  Verify that only approved materials are used in the construction works.

• 
  Conduct labor compliance checks and maintain accurate as-built records.

• 
  Identify and report potential issues, conflicts, or non-conformities, and provide recommendations for resolution.

• 
  Coordinate with subconsultants for activities such as surveying and material testing.

• 
  Oversee workmanship for all construction labor and subcontracted tasks to ensure high standards of quality.

• 
  Confirm proper alignment of equipment and oversee balancing operations.

• 
  Assist in preparing quality control reports and supporting the development of QA/QC procedures.

Requirements

• 
  Diploma or Associate Degree in Civil Engineering.

• 
  Minimum 7 years of experience in construction inspection, specifically on roads, highways, drainage, and utilities projects.

• 
  Strong ability to read and interpret construction drawings and technical specifications.

• 
  Excellent communication and coordination skills for working with contractors, engineers, and project teams.

• 
  Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently under minimal supervision.

• 
  Knowledge of construction safety standards and regulations.

• 
  Proficiency in MS Office; familiarity with AutoCAD or MicroStation is an advantage (not mandatory).

• 
  Knowledge of Equinex is an added advantage (training can be provided).

• 
  Willing to relocate to Dubai.
