URGENT HIRING – CIVIL GENERAL FOREMAN | KSA

Location: Saudi Arabia

Industry: Civil Construction

Requirements:

• 5–8 years of experience as a Civil General Foreman
• KSA experience in civil construction projects is mandatory
• Strong experience in supervising civil construction activities and site teams
• Ability to manage and coordinate foremen, skilled workers, and subcontractors
• Good knowledge of concrete works, blockwork, plastering, excavation, foundations, and finishing works
• Ability to read and understand civil drawings and specifications
• Ensure work is completed according to approved drawings and project requirements
• Monitor manpower, materials, tools, and daily site activities
• Knowledge of construction safety and quality requirements
• Good communication and coordination skills
• Ability to prepare daily progress updates and coordinate with Site Engineers/Project Managers

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate daily civil construction activities
• Allocate manpower and assign tasks to site teams
• Monitor work progress, quality, and productivity
• Coordinate with Site Engineers, subcontractors, and other departments
• Ensure proper use of materials, tools, and equipment
• Identify and resolve site-level issues
• Ensure compliance with project specifications, safety standards, and schedules
