CIVIL FOREMAN

Maritime Civil & Energy Limited is a civil contractor experienced in all aspects of civil work including concrete work, excavation, water and sewer, as well as aggregate production and sales.

We are currently accepting applications for Civil Foreman to join our team in Sussex, NB.

Hourly range for this role will be ($26-$39) per hour.

Responsibilities include:
• Establish daily goals and plans with crew, sub-contractors, and surveyors and ensure goals are being met
• Ensure drawings/specs are being followed precisely
• Maintain clear and concise communication with quality control, crew, and management
• Track costs associated with projects
• Ensure jobs are done in compliance with safety policies and procedures

We are looking for the following skill sets and experience:
• 5+ years of experience in the heavy civil construction field
• P. Tech considered an asset
• Superior communication and problem solving skills
• A high attention to detail and excellent organization skills
• Computer skills in Microsoft Project, Excel, Word, and Outlook
• Ability to lead and mentor others
