Job Description

Reporting to the Civil Supervisor, the successful candidate will coordinate and oversee daily civil construction activities on-site while ensuring work is completed safely, efficiently and in accordance with project requirements

  • Supervise and coordinate daily civil construction activities on-site
  • Lead and manage work crews, subcontractors, and equipment resources
  • Interpret construction drawings, plans, and specifications
  • Plan and allocate tasks to ensure efficient workflow and productivity
  • Monitor work progress and ensure alignment with project schedules
  • Ensure all work is completed to required quality standards
  • Identify and resolve site issues and escalate where necessary
  • Coordinate with other trades and site teams to avoid conflicts
  • Maintain accurate site records, reports, and daily logs
  • Ensure proper use and maintenance of tools, plant, and equipment
  • Trade qualification or relevant certification in Civil Construction (preferred)
  • Proven experience in civil construction or infrastructure projects
  • Previous supervisory or foreman experience
  • Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and plans
  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in similar role
