Project: Civil Construction Works
Contract Type: 1-year (extendable)
Working Hours: 10 hours/day, 6 days/week

The Civil Foreman will oversee day-to-day site operations, supervising workers and ensuring civil works are executed according to project plans, safety standards, and quality requirements. This role is critical in coordinating manpower, materials, and equipment to achieve project targets efficiently.
Supervise and coordinate construction activities at the project site.
Assign tasks to workers, monitor performance, and ensure work quality.
Ensure compliance with project specifications, drawings, and safety regulations.
Plan daily work schedules and monitor progress against targets.
Liaise with engineers, supervisors, and subcontractors to resolve site issues.
Report site progress, manpower, and resource usage to project management.
Ensure proper use and care of equipment, tools, and materials.
Maintain discipline, safety, and productivity among the workforce.
Diploma or technical qualification in Civil/Construction (preferred, not mandatory).
58 years of experience in civil construction projects, with supervisory responsibilities.
Strong knowledge of civil works (concrete, masonry, formwork, finishing, etc.).
Ability to read and interpret construction drawings.
Fluency in English for communication and reporting.
Strong leadership and team supervision skills.
Practical problem-solving ability at the site level.
Good communication and coordination skills.
Ability to work under pressure and deliver within timelines.
