Job Description

Civil Foreman – Key Skills & Competencies

1. Site Supervision & Execution

  • Supervising daily civil works (excavation, concrete, blockwork, finishing, etc.)
  • Ensuring work is carried out according to drawings, specifications, and method statements
  • Coordinating site activities and sequencing of works

2. Workforce Management

  • Managing labor, equipment, and subcontractors on site
  • Assigning daily tasks and monitoring productivity
  • Ensuring discipline and efficient use of manpower

3. Quality Control

  • Monitoring workmanship to meet quality standards
  • Ensuring inspections and approvals are obtained before proceeding to next activities

Must have skills:

  • Site Supervision & Execution
  • Supervising daily civil works (excavation, concrete, blockwork, finishing, etc.)
  • Ensuring work is carried out according to drawings, specifications, and method statements
    Contract administration (FIDIC knowledge)
