Job Description

Responsibilities

• Supervise and manage daily site operations for assigned projects.
• Coordinate and assign tasks to laborers, subcontractors, and other site personnel.
• Ensure all construction activities comply with project plans, specifications, and safety standards.
• Monitor progress and provide regular updates to the Project Manager.
• Manage site materials, tools, and equipment, ensuring their proper use and availability.
• Conduct regular inspections to ensure work quality and adherence to safety protocols.
• Resolve on-site challenges and issues promptly to avoid project delays.
• Train and mentor site workers to maintain high performance and efficiency.
• Maintain detailed records of daily activities, including attendance, work progress, and material usage.

Qualifications and Skills

• Experience:
  • 15 years of experience in civil construction, with a minimum of 8 years in the UAE.
  • Proven experience supervising site projects, including large-scale developments.
• Technical Skills:
  • Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and equipment.
  • Familiarity with UAE construction standards and regulations.
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications.
• Soft Skills:
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills to manage diverse teams.
  • Problem-solving mindset to address on-site challenges effectively.
  • Strong organizational skills to manage schedules and resources efficiently.
• Educational Background:
  • Diploma or certification in Civil Engineering or a related field is preferred.
• Additional Requirements:
  • Knowledge of safety procedures and compliance with local labor laws.
