As part of our team, you’ll play a critical role in the preconstruction process—collaborating with project teams to develop proposals, manage the bidding process, evaluate subcontractor pricing, and translate project plans into accurate, competitive estimates that set our projects up for success.

We’re looking for a detail-oriented construction estimating professional with strong analytical and communication skills, and a passion for delivering high-quality work in a collaborative environment. In this role, you’ll review drawings, specifications, and contract documents to build comprehensive estimates, coordinate take-offs, and support project planning efforts from start to finish. In return, we offer a culture rooted in employee ownership and collaboration, along with competitive compensation, an ESOP and 401(k), comprehensive medical benefits, paid time off, professional development opportunities, and meaningful ways to give back through community engagement and volunteer programs.

The anticipated salary range for this position is $93,000 - $121,000 annually. This information reflects the anticipated base salary for this position based on current market data. Minimums and maximums may vary based on location. Actual pay will be adjusted based on an individual’s skills, experiences, education, and other job-related factors permitted by law.
