TITAN Greece is offering an exceptional opportunity for a Civil Engineering Manager to join our team at Kamari PlantThe role combines strong technical expertise, project and contractor management, and a deep understanding of safety, regulatory, and industrial standards, supporting the reliable and sustainable operation of the plant.
Responsibilities
- Plan, oversee, and monitor all civil engineering works at Kamari Plant, ensuring delivery on time, within budget, and in line with quality and safety standards.
- Act as the main point of contact for civil works within the plant, coordinating activities with internal stakeholders and external contractors.
- Identify facility-related civil issues through site inspections, assessments, and surveys, propose corrective actions, and manage their implementation with minimal impact on plant operations.
- Prepare technical specifications, cost estimates, and budgets for civil infrastructure projects, maintenance, repairs, and upgrades.
- Collaborate with Procurement and other departments to support tendering, contractor selection, and contract execution.
- Ensure that all designs, studies, and executed works comply with applicable codes, regulations, permits, and company standards.
- Contribute to the permitting process for civil projects and supervise large-scale construction activities within the plant.
- Lead, coordinate, and supervise contractors and subcontractors, ensuring safe, efficient, and high-quality execution of works.
- Support civil engineering projects in other TITAN facilities when required.
- Undertake additional responsibilities as assigned by senior management in line with operational needs.
- Lead and promote a strong Health & Safety culture, ensuring risk assessments, permits, and safe work practices are fully implemented in all civil works.
Qualifications
- Degree in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, or related discipline.
- 5+ years of experience in civil engineering, construction supervision, or infrastructure projects, preferably within an industrial or manufacturing environment.
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, budgeting, scheduling, and project documentation.
- Solid understanding of building regulations, permitting processes, and industrial safety requirements.
- Proven leadership and coordination skills in managing contractors and multidisciplinary teams.
- Strong problem-solving, inspection, and decision-making abilities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both Greek and English.
- Completion of military obligations (if applicable).
