We’re seeking a full-time Civil Engineer with 4+ years of experience in land development design to join our in-office team. Ideal candidates will be licensed as a PE or actively on track for licensure (EIT status preferred), and have strong working knowledge of Civil 3D This is a design-focused role, perfect for someone who wants to stay close to the engineering, work on a variety of challenging projects, and help mentor junior team members along the way.

Key Responsibilities

• Design civil engineering plans for residential, commercial, and mixed-use land development projects

• Produce grading, drainage, utility, and roadway plans using Civil 3D

• Collaborate with internal project teams to ensure high-quality deliverables and timelines are met

• Participate in site layout planning, due diligence studies, and code research

• Provide informal mentorship to graduate engineers and EITs

• Work closely with senior engineers and leadership on project development from early design through permitting

• Coordinate with survey, landscape, and architectural teams to develop cohesive site designs

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field

• PE license or active EIT status with a clear path to licensure

• 4+ years of professional experience in civil site or land development design

• Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D

• Ability to work in-office in Austin, TX

• Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset

Compensation

• Base salary Flexible and dependent on experience and candidate expectations
