Job Description


The Civil/Site Project Engineer/ Manager is a professional with a minimum of 8 years of experience. Engineer shall be self-motivated, capable of acting as firm’s representative to clients, and providing support to branch offices in NJ/PA/DE/MD/NC area.

Minimum Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering.
  • 4+ years of related experience.
  • Perform and/or oversee civil/site design for a variety of projects including parks, playgrounds, athletic fields, sports courts, schools/colleges/universities, buildings, sidewalks and streets.
  • Design various site plans, features and details using Civil 3D or other computer aided design software.
  • Analyze survey reports, maps, drawings, blueprints, aerial photography or other topographical or geological data.
  • Review existing conditions to identify engineering obstacles and assess potential project impacts.
  • Design grades for new site plans and improvements.
  • Support field activities for our construction inspection staff, including providing timely data, shop drawing review and client coordination.
  • Proficient in the Microsoft Office Suite of software including, but not limited to Word, Excel, etc.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Professional Engineer (PE) license
  • 4+ years of related experience.
  • Stormwater design to support various project types.
  • Ability to perform hydrologic/hydraulic modeling, as required.
  • Proficient in hydrologic/hydraulic modeling software.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills.
  • Operate under limited supervision.
  • Proven ability to multitask, appropriately prioritize workflow and complete tasks on schedule and within budget.
  • Experience working with clients.
