Position: Civil Engineer Project Manager - Land Development

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage civil site design projects, ensuring timely and successful completion.

• Guide and mentor project teams with a focus on creativity and excellence.

• Develop and oversee project plans, budgets, schedules, and perform quality reviews.

• Coordinate with clients, stakeholders, and team members to meet project requirements.

• Prepare and review design documents, drawings, and specifications.

• Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.

• Manage project risks and implement mitigation strategies.

• Provide technical guidance and support to the project team.

• Monitor progress and performance, making adjustments as needed.

• Contribute to business development by building and strengthening client relationships.

• Collaborate with internal teams to deliver multidisciplinary projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering from an accredited university.

• Professional Engineer (PE) license required.

• Minimum of 8 years experience in civil site design and project management.

• Strong knowledge of civil engineering principles, practices, and standards.

• Proven leadership, communication, and organizational skills.

• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
