In this role, you'll collaborate with experienced professionals to design, plan, and execute civil engineering projects that shape our built environment. • Design and develop civil engineering solutions for infrastructure projects, including structural analysis, feasibility studies, and technical specifications
• Conduct site surveys, inspections, and assessments to evaluate project conditions and ensure compliance with local building codes and regulations in Kuwait
• Prepare detailed technical drawings, reports, and documentation using CAD software and other industry-standard tools
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including architects, contractors, and project managers to ensure seamless project execution and delivery
• Analyze project data and conduct engineering calculations to support design decisions and optimize project outcomes
• Supervise construction activities and monitor quality assurance to ensure all work meets relevant industry standards and specifications
• Stay current with industry advancements, emerging technologies, and best practices to drive innovation in our engineering solutions
• Identify and resolve engineering challenges through creative problem-solving and analytical thinking
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders, clients, and team members to maintain transparency and foster collaborative relationships

Qualifications

We are seeking talented Civil Engineers who possess:

**Required Qualifications:**

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related discipline
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
• Proficiency in CAD software and engineering design tools
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in team environments and embrace diversity and inclusion
• Knowledge of civil engineering principles, construction methodologies, and project management
• Familiarity with local building codes, regulations, and standards applicable in Kuwait
• Demonstrated ability to organize, prioritize, and manage multiple tasks efficiently

**Preferred Qualifications:**

• Professional Engineering License (PE) or equivalent certification
• 10+ years of professional experience in civil engineering or related field
• Experience with structural analysis and design software
• Project management experience or certification
• Knowledge of sustainable and innovative engineering practices
• Experience in site supervision and construction inspection
• Strong desire to learn, grow professionally, and advance your career path
• Experience working on infrastructure or construction projects in the Middle East region
