Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and proactive Civil Engineer to join a growing construction and interior fit-out team in Dubai. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing site operations, coordinating project activities, and ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and in compliance with quality and safety standards.

This role is ideal for candidates with UAE experience in interior fit-out and renovation projects who are looking to advance their careers in a dynamic project environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and supervise day-to-day site activities to ensure efficient project execution.
• Coordinate with project managers, consultants, subcontractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders.
• Monitor project progress and ensure compliance with approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
• Conduct regular site inspections and prepare progress reports.
• Ensure materials, workmanship, and installations meet project requirements and industry standards.
• Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve site-related issues in a timely and effective manner.
• Monitor project schedules and support the timely completion of project milestones.
• Ensure compliance with UAE regulations, health and safety requirements, and company policies.
• Assist with project planning, material estimation, procurement coordination, and resource allocation.
• Maintain accurate project documentation and site records.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering.
• 3–4 years of UAE experience in interior fit-out, renovation, or construction projects.
• Strong understanding of construction methodologies, site execution, and project coordination.
• Ability to read, interpret, and review technical drawings, specifications, and project documentation.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality standards.
• Valid UAE Driving License is mandatory.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in commercial and residential fit-out projects.
• Knowledge of UAE construction regulations and safety requirements.
• Proficiency in project coordination and site management.
• Familiarity with material estimation, planning, and project scheduling.
