Civil Engineer

What you’ll do

As an experienced Civil Engineer for our Industrial team based in Brisbane, you’ll contribute to projects and programs that make a real difference and be part of a team that embraces challenges, welcomes diverse ideas, and engineer solutions with people and outcomes in mind.

You’ll be joining our Industrial group, contributing to the delivery of major projects across a number of fields including Resources and Mining projects, Industrial port projects, Energy projects, Oil & Gas projects.

You’ll be part of our long-standing, high-performing and successful multi-disciplinary team that has worked together to win multiple Australian Engineering Excellence Awards in recent years.

Here are the key things you will do to help ‘bring ideas to life’

• Deliver assessments and design of bulk earthworks, drainage, pavement and geotechnical co-ordination, and underground services design/co-ordination.

• Support project delivery from concept, feasibility through to detailed design, construction support and sustainment works.

• Work effectively and communicate well with multidisciplinary teams to solve technical challenges.

• Draw upon strong engineering fundamentals to support the team and our private asset clients with tailored design solutions.

What you’ll bring

• Relevant qualifications - Bachelor of Engineering – Civil

• 3-10+ year’s experience in civil engineering, and a willingness to continue to learn and develop your career alongside our technical experts.

• A knack for putting civil engineering outcomes into simple language that can be understood by clients, stakeholders and other engineering disciplines.

• A track record of delivering practical, impactful outcomes.

• Strong communication, collaboration, and stakeholder engagement skills.

• The ability to see the big picture and challenge assumptions.
