Civil Engineer II

Full-Time | In-Person (70% Office / 30% Field)

We are seeking an experienced Civil Engineer II to support a wide range of civil and environmental engineering projects, including land development, stormwater management, wastewater systems, and permitting. This position is part of a multidisciplinary team serving clients across multiple states.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design civil site layouts, stormwater systems, utilities, and grading using AutoCAD Civil 3D

• Prepare and submit permit applications for stormwater, wastewater, erosion control, and site development

• Conduct field inspections and support construction oversight for infrastructure and environmental systems

• Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and CAD designers to deliver high-quality solutions

• Perform hydrologic and hydraulic modeling using HEC-RAS and HEC-HMS

• Support project planning, budgeting, and scheduling

• Communicate with regulatory agencies and provide technical support to clients

Required Qualifications:

• B.S. in Civil or Environmental Engineering (Master’s degree a plus)

• 6+ years of experience in civil/site or environmental engineering

• Professional Engineer (P.E.) license in PA and/or NJ

• Experience with PADEP/NJDEP regulations and permitting

• Proficient in AutoCAD Civil 3D, HEC-RAS, HEC-HMS, and Microsoft Office

• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel to project sites

Preferred Skills:

• Strong communication and technical writing abilities

• Experience with land development, utility planning, and regulatory coordination

• Ability to manage multiple projects and collaborate in a team environment
