If you enjoy the technical side of land development engineering but also want exposure to the bigger picture of how projects move from concept through approvals and construction, this could be a strong long-term opportunity.
An established engineering and consulting group is looking to add a Civil Engineer Designer to their growing Princeton-area team. This group works closely alongside surveyors, planners, and engineers on residential land development projects throughout the region, giving engineers the ability to stay heavily involved in design while gaining exposure to the full development process.
This role is ideal for someone with 5-10 years of civil/site design experience who enjoys grading, stormwater management, utility design, and subdivision layouts and wants to continue growing technically while stepping into more responsibility and mentorship over time.
