We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented Civil Engineer to join our dynamic team in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates. In this role, you will contribute to the design, planning, and execution of innovative infrastructure projects while providing technical expertise throughout the project lifecycle. You will work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams, clients, and stakeholders to deliver high-quality solutions that meet rigorous standards and exceed client expectations. • Provide comprehensive technical expertise and analysis during all stages of the project lifecycle, including feasibility studies, detailed design strategies, and construction oversight
• Manage project budgets, timelines, and resources effectively to ensure quality outcomes and on-time delivery for clients
• Review and verify technical deliverables for compliance with UAE building codes, international standards, and project specifications
• Develop and prepare high-quality proposal documentation, fee estimations, and methodology frameworks for new business opportunities
• Establish and maintain strong client relationships by setting high standards for project outcomes and ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction
• Conduct site inspections, supervise construction activities, and monitor adherence to health, safety, and environmental (HSE) protocols
• Collaborate with architects, contractors, and other stakeholders to optimize project performance and resolve technical challenges
• Participate actively in business development initiatives, including bids, tenders, and presentations, to drive commercial success
• Mentor and support junior engineers, fostering their professional development and contributing to team growth
• Analyze project data and performance metrics to identify opportunities for innovation and process improvement

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related discipline from an accredited institution
• Professional Engineering License or equivalent registration recognized in the United Arab Emirates
• Minimum 8-10 years of progressive civil engineering experience with demonstrated project delivery capability
• Proven expertise in project management across all lifecycles, including budget management, resource allocation, and timeline control
• Strong knowledge of UAE building codes, regulations, and international construction standards
• Proficiency with CAD software and design tools (AutoCAD, Civil 3D, or similar programs)
• Demonstrated experience in site supervision, inspection, and HSE compliance management
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to evaluate complex technical challenges
• Strong commercial acumen and business development capability, with experience in proposal development and client presentations
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build and maintain professional relationships
• Proven track record of successfully leading and mentoring technical teams
• Experience with infrastructure projects such as roads, utilities, water systems, or building construction
• Familiarity with local procurement practices and contracting procedures in the Middle East region
• Organized and detail-oriented approach to work with strong time management capabilities
• Commitment to continuous learning and staying current with industry best practices and technological advancements
• Preferred: Experience with Building Information Modeling (BIM) and project management software
• Preferred: Background in sustainable design and green building practices
