Key Responsibilities:

Lead the design and management of water and wastewater projects.
Attend client meetings, maintaining strong and effective communication.
Collaborate with team members to achieve project goals.
Ensure projects adhere to schedules and budgets.
Uphold high standards of quality and professionalism.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering.
Professional Engineer (PE) license in Missouri or the ability to obtain one within 2 years.
Proven experience in water and wastewater design.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
Proficiency in relevant design software.
