Who We Are

Staff Domain is partnering with a well-established civil engineering and development consultancy specializing in land development, infrastructure, and civil works projects. The organization delivers end-to-end project support—from concept design through to construction—leveraging advanced design tools and industry best practices to produce high-quality, compliant engineering documentation.

What You Will Do

• 
  Develop detailed civil designs and documentation using 12d Model (12D) as the primary platform
• 
  Produce site layouts, grading designs, drainage systems, roadworks, and utility infrastructure models
• 
  Generate accurate drawings and plans to support design, approval, and construction phases
• 
  Revise and update models and drawings based on engineering markups, design changes, and client feedback
• 
  Ensure all outputs comply with relevant codes, standards, and company drafting practices
• 
  Collaborate with civil engineers, surveyors, planners, and project managers to meet project requirements
• 
  Maintain organized drawing registers, file management systems, and document control processes
• 
  Assist in the preparation of concept, approval, tender, and construction documentation
• 
  Review deliverables for completeness, accuracy, and consistency prior to submission
• 
  Manage multiple projects and priorities while maintaining quality and meeting deadlines

Who You Are

• 
  Diploma or degree in Civil Engineering, Drafting, Design, or a related field
• 
  Proven experience as a
  Civil Designer, Civil Drafter, or CAD Technician
• 
  Strong proficiency in
  12d Model (12D) (essential)
• 
  Experience with
  AutoCAD and/or Civil 3D (advantageous)
• 
  Solid understanding of
  civil engineering design, drafting standards, and documentation practices
• 
  Hands-on experience in
  land development, subdivisions, roads, drainage, and utilities design
• 
  Ability to interpret
  engineering sketches, calculations, and design intent
  into accurate models and drawings
• 
  High attention to detail with strong accuracy and quality control in deliverables
• 
  Strong communication and collaboration skills across project teams
• 
  Ability to manage
  multiple projects and deadlines
  effectively
