Overview
Civil Designer with 3+ years of experience supporting land development and site design projects across commercial, residential, and infrastructure sectors. This role focuses on preparing site layouts, grading plans, and utility designs while collaborating with engineers and project teams to deliver accurate, high-quality construction documents. Ideal candidates bring strong AutoCAD skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Responsibilities
• Develop site layout, grading, and utility plans for land development projects.
• Prepare construction drawings, exhibits, and technical documentation using AutoCAD.
• Coordinate with engineers, surveyors, and project teams to ensure design accuracy and completeness.
• Perform basic calculations related to grading, drainage, and utility design.
• Review and interpret architectural, structural, and civil plans for design integration.
• Assist with permitting support, revisions, and updates throughout the project lifecycle.

Requirements
• 3+ years of experience in civil design or land development.
• Associate’s degree in Civil Engineering Technology or related field.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD (Civil 3D preferred).
• Experience with site layout, grading, and utility design (storm, water, sewer).
• Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
