Assist in the preparation of site-development plans for residential, commercial, and industrial projects
Support the design of water, sewer, and storm-drainage layouts and construction drawings
Assist with permit packages and coordination with regulatory agencies
Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and design teams on daily project tasks
Support modeling and drafting efforts using AutoCAD Civil 3D
Assist with project documentation and organization to support scope, schedule, and quality goals
Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field
Interest in land development and site design projects
Basic knowledge of AutoCAD; exposure to Civil 3D preferred
Clear written and verbal communication skills
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
Willingness to learn and contribute in a team-oriented setting
