Our award-winning client is conducting a search for a Civil Design Engineer to join their team. Our Client is a development partner that provides solutions to our clients in the form of civil engineering, surveying, dry utility, and entitlement services. Along with our passion for land development, company culture is also essential.

Responsibilities:

• Assist Project Manager in all aspects from beginning to end in the land development process. (ie: shopping centers, auto dealerships, gas stations, amusement parks and QSR development)

• Preparation of on-site private grading, storm drain, utility plans, earthwork estimates, and construction quantity estimates

• Process plans through respective governmental agencies

• Client and project team communication and coordination

• Preparation of public street, storm drain, sewer, water street lighting, signing an striping improvement plans

• Conceptualizes the initial civil design approach for major phase of large land/site development, related projects, or has overall responsibility for the civil engineering work on an aforementioned type project of a larger scope

• Plans, schedules, conduct or coordinate civil engineering work

• Assist the design and ongoing progress of a project, including the coordination of the project with

• City, State, and County officials, and other outside agencies

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor of Science in civil engineering

• 2-6 years experience in Land Development

• Obtaining Licensed Professional Engineer in the state of California

• Expert in AutoCad / Civil 3D

• Meet demanding deadlines

• Excellent team player
