Job Description

If you are a Civil Construction Project Managerwith 5 or more years of experience in construction or project engineering, this is just the role you have been looking for!

We are a growing civil construction earthworks company, financially stable company with over 3 decades of success.

What you will do as a Civil Construction Project Manager:

  • Build and maintain professional relationships with vendors and subcontractors
  • Create cost estimates
  • Manage budgets and asset allocation
  • Find opportunities to decrease project costs
  • Manage project documentation and process
  • Manage civil earthworks projects
  • Manage estimate process from start to finish

What you will need as a Civil Construction Project Manager:

  • 3 or more years in construction estimating or project engineering
  • Have a history of competitive bidding
  • Earthworks Project Management is a plus
  • Microsoft Office
