Title:
Civil Construction
Manager (Building)

Location:
Senegal

Position Overview:
We are looking for an experienced Civil Construction Manager to oversee
building projects for our client in Senegal. This role requires a professional
who can manage all aspects of civil construction, from planning to execution,
ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest
standards.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Oversee the construction of building projects from
    start to finish.

  • Coordinate and supervise the work of contractors,
    engineers, and laborers.

  • Ensure compliance with all building codes,
    regulations, and safety standards.

  • Manage project budgets, schedules, and resources
    effectively.

  • Resolve any construction-related issues that arise
    on site.

  • Conduct regular site inspections and meetings to
    monitor project progress.


Requirements


Qualifications:


  • Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction
    Management, or related field.

  • Proven experience as a Civil Construction Manager,
    particularly in building projects.

  • Strong understanding of construction processes,
    materials, and legal regulations.

  • Excellent leadership, communication, and
    organizational skills.

  • Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
    under tight deadlines.

  • Proficiency in construction management software.
