Job Description

A career in transportation is more than bridges, roads, and rail. As we plan, design, and manage projects that move people and goods from Point A to Point B, we create connections that transform our communities. Every airport, road, bridge, port, or transit project is an opportunity to make communities safer, cleaner, and more resilient. Together, we’re making an impact around the world.

If you’re looking for a career that moves, join our team of professionals who are passionate about the future of transportation.

Our Airports Team is taking airport design to the next level. From roadway to runway or full terminal design, we’ll take your career to new heights.

Your Opportunity

Stantec is looking for an enthusiastic and talented Civil Aviation Project Manager to join our innovative Airport practice. You’ll have the flexibility to work from any of our offices in Nashville, Chattanooga, or Knoxville, Tennessee, or Lexington or Louisville, Kentucky. In this role, you’ll take the lead on designing and delivering airside and landside infrastructure projects for commercial and general aviation airports across the region.

You’ll be the Engineer of Record and Project Manager, owning your projects from start to finish—collaborating with expert teams, driving creative solutions, and helping shape the future of airport design. If you’re passionate about aviation, leadership, and making an impact, we’d love to have you on board.

Your career growth here is limited only by your imagination. As a key member of our team, you’ll lead the preparation of technical studies, engineering reports, design concepts, construction plans, specifications, and cost estimates. You’ll also play a central role in construction administration and management during project delivery.

Join our Airports Team and collaborate with talented professionals who share your passion for creating world-class aviation infrastructure. From runways to terminals—and everything in between—we’re redefining airport design and taking careers to new heights.
