
As a Civics Analyst, you will be a trusted adviser on a global team, proactively identifying and remediating issues, managing risks, engaging executives, and communicating effectively. You’re a big-picture thinker with a passion for user safety, committed to protecting the integrity of online civic discourse.
In this role, you will take several critical projects related to civics in the Americas, simultaneously driving the team's agenda forward. You will have stakeholder management and cross-company collaboration—specifically across Trust and Safety and with Government Affairs and Public Policy (GAPP), Legal, Communications (Comms), Regulatory Affairs (RegAffairs), product teams, and others long-term planning, and executive engagement are critical to ensure that election integrity is proactively managed. You will play a critical role in leading and shaping cross-company workstreams, synthesizing and preparing briefing materials, and ensuring flawless execution in collaboration with partner teams. Your key responsibilities include helping to shape our public communications and leading our civics response in the Americas.
The US base salary range for this full-time position is $142,000-$205,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
