Operates and performs skilled maintenance and repair on commercial heating and cooling equipment, including work with refrigerants. Performs other skilled building maintenance and repair in the plumbing, electrical, and carpentry trades. May maintain and repair specialized mechanical equipment at airport terminal such as parking control gates, baggage conveyors and carousels, and boarding bridges.
Completion of a high school diploma or the equivalent with an additional three to five years of experience in building operations and repair, including heating/ventilation/air conditioning; or comparable journey level experience in electrical, carpentry, or plumbing trades; or any combination of relevant education and experience which provides the following:
