Bajo supervisión general, brinda soporte en la ejecución, administración y mejora continua de uno o más procesos de Recursos Humanos. Colabora con diferentes áreas y grupos de interés, desarrolla herramientas y recursos, y participa en la implementación de programas, iniciativas y proyectos de RR. HH. Desarrolla conocimiento especializado en una o más disciplinas, tales como Compensación y Beneficios, Movilidad Internacional, Relaciones Laborales, Aprendizaje y Desarrollo, Atracción de Talento, Sistemas de Información de Recursos Humanos (HRIS) u Operaciones de Recursos Humanos. Contribuye a la correcta y eficiente ejecución de procesos, programas y políticas mediante la aplicación de conocimientos especializados, capacidad de análisis y entendimiento del negocio. Apoya en la elaboración, gestión y análisis de datos e indicadores de Recursos Humanos, con el objetivo de identificar oportunidades y generar recomendaciones que contribuyan a mejorar la eficiencia y calidad de los servicios de RR. HH. Asimismo, puede brindar orientación a equipos de Recursos Humanos y líderes del negocio sobre procesos y buenas prácticas de su área de especialidad.
