Right now we are looking for a Purchase Department Assistant.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Managing car park purchase procedures
  • Uploading purchase information and vehicle data
  • Checking and entering invoices
  • Communicating with automotive purchasing partners across the Baltic States
  • Reviewing purchase and sales agreements

Requirements

We're looking for someone who is:

  • Detail-oriented, responsible, and attentive
  • Skilled in or familiar with Excel
  • Well-organized and able to work accurately in a fast-paced environment
  • A proactive team player with good communication skills
  • Fluent in Lithuanian and a good command of English
  • Previous administrative or data-entry experience would be an advantage

Salary:

From 1454 EUR gross. A specific amount will be offered based on your work experience and competencies.
