We're looking for a hands-on, mid to senior-level Financial & Business Analyst to join our team. The role involves deep financial analysis, building advanced Excel models, and generating insights that support strategic growth. It requires both a high-level view and the ability to dive into details when needed. This position plays a key role in driving smarter decision-making and improving efficiency across CityBee and MyBee. There’s also the opportunity to contribute to cross-functional projects that enhance our overall analytical capabilities.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Perform financial analysis, forecasting, and reporting to support budgeting and planning processes
• Conduct comprehensive financial modeling, including scenario analysis and sensitivity testing, to assess business performance and evaluate potential investments
• Monitor key financial metrics, analyze trends, and provide actionable insights to senior management, helping to guide strategic decision-making
• Prepare and present financial reports, presentations, to stakeholders, including executives and department heads
• Develop and prepare analytical tools and dashboards to facilitate data-driven decision-making across the organization
• Collaborate closely with the Power BI team to design and develop impactful reports that provide valuable insights to stakeholders
• Participate in analytical development projects, collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance our analytical capabilities

Requirements

• Experience as a Finance, Business Analyst or similar role, preferably in a corporate finance or strategic planning capacity (2-3 years)
• Degree in finance, accounting, economics, mathematics or a related field
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including complex formulae, pivot tables, and data manipulation
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex financial data and draw meaningful conclusions
• Solid understanding of financial statements, budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
• Good communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively convey financial information to non-financial stakeholders
• Fluent in English (written and spoken).

Monthly salary:

• From 3700 - 4100 EUR gross. Specific amount will be offered based on your work experience and competencies.
