Te Āheinga - The Opportunity
As a City Operations Administration Assistant, you'll play a critical role in supporting multiple operational functions across Council. You'll provide high-quality administrative support, manage information and records, coordinate service requests, and ensure our processes run smoothly and efficiently.
This is a varied role that offers exposure to fleet and plant administration, finance and payroll processes, transport and roading, waste services, customer experience and service delivery and general operational support. You'll be encouraged and supported to identify improvements, streamline processes and contribute to a better experience for both internal and external customers.

Ngā painga mōhou - What we Offer
We have 2 opportunities in this space: a permanent and fixed term (12months) full-time opportunity working 40 hours per week, Monday-Friday. You will be based at our operational site in Onekawa, Napier.
The annual salary package for this role is between $66,223 - $74,013 (including KiwiSaver), with the final offer depending on your skills and experience.
