Role & Responsibilities of the position in brief:
The role is within the Digital Workspace & End User Services team aligned within Global Technology
Provide technical support for Citrix DaaS on Azure, ensuring high availability and performance of the Citrix environment.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Citrix infrastructure, including Citrix Cloud Connectors, Delivery Controllers, and VDAs.
Monitor and maintain Citrix environments, ensuring compliance with security policies and best practices.
Collaborate with other IT teams to integrate Citrix solutions with existing systems and applications.
Perform regular updates and maintenance of Citrix components to ensure optimal performance and security.
Document and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) for Citrix support and operations.
Provide training and support to end-users on Citrix-related issues and best practices.
Experience with other virtualization technologies such as VMware or Hyper-V.
Knowledge of scripting and automation tools such as PowerShell.
Familiarity with ITIL processes and best practices.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Relevant certifications such as Citrix Certified Professional (CCP-V) or Citrix Certified Expert (CCE-V).
