About the Team & Business Line
As a Business Process Intern in Transformation Office department, you will participate in the design and maintenance of processes and related projects, facilitating the project implementation while being a bridge between technology and operations. This role will suit engaged individuals who wish to develop and realize their potential in process analysis and projects implementation working in financial services industry.
Your Role:
• Assist to document Technical and Business Requirements
• Support with detailed process analysis and documentation
• Create Process Maps and Workflows
• Assist in data analysis and metrics reporting
• Support User Testing and Implementation
• Familiarize with and apply internal Process Documentation and Standards
• Actively participate in internal initiatives focusing on efficiency, harmonization, process and communication improvements
• Other process transformation related duties
About You:
• At least 2 years of progress toward a bachelor’s degree in business, technology, or related field
• Demonstrate academic or project exposure to process analysis, requirements gathering, or project management
• Demonstrate strong attention to detail and consistently produce accurate work
• Are creative problem solver who can identify issues and propose practical solutions
• Manage assigned tasks and deliver output within agreed deadlines
• Have working knowledge of MS Office, with ability to produce structured documents and presentations
• Communicate confidently in English, both in writing and verbally
