We are seeking an experienced and motivated leader to oversee the Cisco Services function, serving as the primary owner of team performance, operational execution, customer engagement, and revenue growth initiatives.

This role is responsible for leading a team of Cisco Services Specialists, managing service renewals and customer programs, driving operational excellence, and supporting strategic objectives through close collaboration with sales teams, Cisco stakeholders, and leadership across the US and Pakistan.

What you will do as the Cisco Services Lead

• Lead and manage the Cisco Services team, ensuring operational efficiency, accountability, and high performance.
• Assign and prioritize workloads to meet customer commitments and business objectives.
• Develop team capabilities through coaching, training, onboarding, cross-training, and performance management.
• Establish scalable processes, documentation standards, and knowledge-sharing practices to ensure business continuity.
• Identify process improvements, operational risks, and automation opportunities to enhance efficiency and service quality.
• Partner with internal stakeholders to support strategic initiatives, reporting requirements, and business growth.

Cisco Services, Renewals & Customer Success

• Manage Smart Net, SaaS, and services renewal pipelines, ensuring timely execution and achievement of renewal targets.
• Support complex bids and customer opportunities by providing accurate service recommendations, pricing guidance, and competitive positioning.
• Conduct reviews of customer Cisco environments and recommend coverage optimization, service enhancements, and lifecycle management strategies.
• Serve as a trusted advisor to customers, providing guidance on Cisco services, support programs, and best practices.
• Promote and position additional Cisco offerings, including Flex EA, Advanced Services, and SNTC solutions.

Contract & Program Management

• Oversee contract lifecycle activities, including consolidations, modifications, entitlement access, and coverage adjustments.
• Ensure completion of customer reporting, including install base, licensing, coverage, and renewal analyses.
• Monitor Cisco rebate and program metrics, ensuring compliance with partner requirements and achievement of performance objectives.
• Coordinate opportunity, attachment, and coverage reporting for expiring and uncovered assets.

Additional Responsibilities

• Collaborate closely with US and Pakistan leadership teams to ensure alignment, transparency, and operational excellence.
• Provide guidance on technical and non-technical inquiries from sales teams, customers, and internal stakeholders.
• Participate in customer and internal meetings, representing Zones' commitment to exceptional service delivery.
• Develop and maintain customer-facing and internal resources that improve efficiency, consistency, and knowledge sharing.
• Drive services revenue through strategic customer engagement and partnership with Zones sales teams.
• Maintain current knowledge of Cisco programs, products, and services, while completing required Cisco certifications and training

What you’ll bring to the team:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
• Experience working with Cisco Services, renewals, contracts, or customer success operations.
• Strong understanding of service renewals, contract management, and customer reporting.
• Demonstrated ability to manage priorities, coordinate across teams, and support business objectives.
• Strong communication, stakeholder management, and customer engagement skills.
