Join our skilled surgical team at Baptist Health Louisville and be part of a dynamic, patient-focused environment. We offer a wide range of surgical services across multiple specialties, including general surgery, orthopedics, gynecology, urology, neurosurgery, cardiovascular, plastics, ENT, ophthalmology, and thoracic (excluding organ transplants). We are currently seeking a dedicated Circulating Registered Nurse to join our Operating Room team. In this role, you will provide high-tech, compassionate care while collaborating with a diverse surgical team in a fast-paced setting.
Key responsibilities include implementing the nursing process for patients across all age groups, ensuring patient safety by adhering to safety policies and procedures, assessing patients' physiological responses to surgery, and managing care accordingly. You will also work closely with the surgical team to ensure the best possible outcomes and take personal responsibility for your role in the department’s success.

Requirements:
Active Kentucky RN License
Graduate from an Accredited Nursing Program
BCLS certification required within 90 days of hire
