Job Description

Develop, deploy, and manage integrated Circular Equipment (CE) business planning via an end-to-end S&OP process, covering product portfolio planning, supply (trade-in) planning, and demand planning, collaborating with CE, BIUs and Regions organizations, for both Refurbished Systems and Parts Recovery.

Your goal is to make sure that there is a healthy balance between supply and demand in the long and mid term, so that inventory and sales are optimized, and customers’ expectations in terms of timely and complete deliveries are met, and sustainable and predictable business growth can be realized.

You will work in the CLS Circular Supply Chain team, which is the E2E integrated supply chain team responsible for all supply chain activities for the CE business, e.g. sourcing, planning, engineering and design for supply chain, procurement, warehousing, distribution & installation.

Your Role

  • Drive a healthy balance between supply and demand in the long and mid-term, by integrating circular flows into the BU S&OP cycles so planning becomes end‑to‑end and structurally reliable.
  • Build a strong integration between all aspects of circular supply and sales, as well as with planning and execution between the Sales and Operations Planning and the Sales and Operations Execution process through seamless integration and communication.
  • Identify and drive inventory optimization across the end-to-end supply chain.
  • Drive improvement of execution in forecast and delivery accuracy, customer delivery date reliability, provide strong expertise throughout the entire E2E process, and strengthen operational planning capabilities at all levels.
  • Keep participants and stakeholders in the process on track and moving toward managing planning and execution priorities, balancing short term sales and supply dynamics and changes, and manage exceptions where and as applicable.

You're the right fit if

  • You have a master’s or bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g. S&OP, supply & demand planning, supply chain management, operational material management).
  • You have relevant experience working in S&OP, inventory management, supply chain or operational material management on a global scale in a multinational company.
  • You demonstrate deep understanding of continuous improvement, problem-solving, Daily Management, and Lean principles.
  • You know how to listen to stakeholder needs, and manage stakeholders.
  • You feel comfortable challenging the status quo, are persuasively navigating through resistance, and are pragmatic enough to overcome roadblocks.
  • You are results oriented, have good problem solving skills and a learning by doing mentality.
  • You have business and commercial acumen, and knowledge of finance, sales, manufacturing, logistics, and installation functions.
  • You have excellent numerical and analytical skills and proficient knowledge of MS Office, and data visualization tools such as Power BI, and QlikSense.
  • You have experience with deployed supply chain systems e.g. Foresight, SAP or other advanced supply chain tools.
  • You are proficient in both Dutch and English, in verbal and written communication (other languages are beneficial).

Compensation & benefits

Doing meaningful work should come with fair, transparent rewards. The base salary range for this role is €61.185 – €101.976 Gross. We determine pay within the range using objective factors, like the skills the role requires, your relevant experience and the responsibility you'll have in this role, alongside internal equity and local market considerations.

This role is eligible for a maximum of 3% bonus/incentive, with your rewards linked to KPIs/company results. We’ll share the full approach with you during the interview process, so you can make a clear, informed decision. Benefits include
